I offer "Buyer Agency" to all of my buyer clients, meaning that I represent you and only you in the purchase of your new home. Drafting a purchase and sale agreement that suits your needs and skillfully presenting and negotiating that offer are duties that I offer on your behalf and pride myself on achieving.
