After 19 years in the real estate business I have many trusted contacts and knowledge of many competent professionals to help when the situation arises. I also have a few people that I rely on to make my information gathering, communication with you and coordination of your closings go smoothly. These people I’m proud to call members of my team. Jodi LaBow, my assistant. Jodi handles the day to day follow up phone calls, keeping me informed of issues or hurdles affecting your purchase, sale and closings. Loan Officers:
While I have worked with numerous loan officers and lenders over the years, I think you are best served by contacting one of the following members of my team for competent advice, low rates and most importantly the best loan for your needs and circumstance. Just as important, their word is their commitment and you can trust that your approval and loan rate will be there at closing, without changes or extra hurdles.

Title Representative
Patrick O’Neil and Elena Flores are my primary title company assistants with Commonwealth Title Company. They help me gather accurate information on properties of interest to my clients, get me legal descriptions, and help me clear up any issues that affect a title, from easements to unrecorded liens or estate and divorce title issues. Escrow Representative
Jane Shyne with Chicago Escrow is my primary escrow contact. She can help me to coordinate multiple closings, do out of office signings, shuttle last minute documents to you, the escrow company, the title company or court house for recordings. Like lenders, I’ve worked with numerous inspectors over the years, some good, some not so good. I would recommend you contact one of the following if you should have a need for an inspector.

Home Project Contractor
I often call on Steve Lockwood with Puget Sound Property Management to help me with small projects on people’s homes. Things like repairing or replacing rotted decks, correcting kitchen or bathroom floor or tile issues, crawl space items/repairs. Pest Inspector
In our damp and wooded climate, many pest issues can arise in our homes. I know of no one better at identifying and properly treating our local pest problems than Steve Abramavage with Terminators Pest Control. Steve is sensitive to the environment and household or neighboring pets and children. He is careful to not use a sledge hammer approach to drive a small nail issue.
